Specification Mismatch - Whirlpool 245ltr Genius
I had placed order for this product on 27th Feb 2015 and the product was delivery to me on 3rd March 2015. On delivery of the product, i have noticed that temperature controlling unit inside the fridge was crossly mounted by the manufacturer, because of it first rake shelve couldn't able to use. Secondly, the sixth sense ice fast forwarding technology knob was missing which is the main feature of this model.

timely delevery defective product
I received the product by next day of order. fridge is an old model actually 5* BEE rating. which is good. but I received defective model. defect was in the tray at bottom of outside the fridge. I just called to Whirlpool customer care they provided free demo and installation where there engineer found this defect and raised a replacement of fridge to whirlpool. now waiting for replacement hope will get it soon.
Other wise I will raise return to flipkart within timeline.
