Got this product during Diwali Sale for best price (INR 19,790/-).
Performance is really Good. As promised by flipkart delivery was on time and the delivery persons also verified for any damage during transport. Once delivered I made a call to whirlpool Customer care for installation. The product was installed and demonstrated on same day of delivery by Whirpool Service team and recommended to use Stabilizer. using this for almost two months no issues seen.

NO INSTALLATION AFTER 30DAYS...

Very bad service from flipkart. No call received for installation. But told will be installed within 48hrs after delivery. Fake promise. 3rd class service from flipkart. Called many times but no response....

After that i arrange by paying Rs 750 to the technician.

Compensation for defective item

Very good product. But came with a dent in the body. Flipkart was ready to replace it. Considering the transportation of heavy item, I cancelled the replacement. Flipkart should have compensation policy like discount for defective items.
