Taste good but not value for money. It's a mix of whey, with economically cheaper proteins like casein and raagi. Precise Information on protein quality in terms of PER, BV, or amino acid score is not provided. It contains a high amount of sugar in the form of Jaggery, Sugar-free product would have been better.

Unsatisfactory
I appreciate the quality and taste of the whey protein, but the packaging is worse. The ziplock seal is flimsy and often comes undone, and once it's no longer functional, the zip doesn't properly secure the packaging, leading to frequent openings. It's preferable to transition the packaging to containers instead.🔄 Hopefully, The Whole Truth Company will opt for containers over traditional packaging.

Q:SUGAR CONTENT? IS IT FIT FOR DIABETIC?
A:I am not sure if it is good for Diabetics. But what i know for sure is that there is no added sugar nor there is any synthetic sweatner or sugar substitutes added. Way too healthy compared to others.
