    I consume unflavoured protein, as the flavoured one are sweeter in taste and unflavoured protein gives you the flexibility to add any natural ingredient like seasonal fruits such as mangoes, sapota, banana, or other flavours like orange or chocolate or freshly brewed espresso!

    A:I am not sure if it is good for Diabetics. But what i know for sure is that there is no added sugar nor there is any synthetic sweatner or sugar substitutes added. Way too healthy compared to others.
