Classy product
This product is very good. Pump during workout is good if good amount of carbs are consumed in Pre-workout meal.
But remember Pre-workout shows effect only when u have recovered and had good sleep( atleast 7 hours).

I have tried many pre workout with different price ranges i feel this one is best according to its price range
I hardly suggest if you are a natural athlete then don't take more that half scoop and use atleast 300 ml of water to dilute and avoid side effects
Only one concern is it will give you good charge initially but after 40 min of workout it will discharge energy slowly so it's better to consume in multiple servings during workout is best

There is no shaker along with this box.I haven't got any Shaker.
U will Struggle with sleep if u r working out at evening.U will completely loose ur sleep.
I had serious Hairfall problem.
Products Need refinement and needs to Improve quality.
And Last thing U the Polythene coating Over the Box will tear coz of low quality
