The dumbbell packaging was very good.It was not damaged at all.The rod are quite sturdy and hard,It has good grip.The weights are slightly unsymmetrical. connector is not strong because it's made of plastic .With Dumbbell you can get hypertrophy.Weights are also heavy. Value for money product.
