oka manchi book by a great author - Become a great friend :)
this book i read in english and telugu lo kuda oka copy for akka got it from flipkart. really chala manchi book with many real life examples. must have if you want to be great friend and great communicator and its not rocket science. its just basic things to be learnt and apply.
