If you need to upgrade your skills to Server 2012 ; I recommend this is the book for you.
The best part of the books is it's technical editing by who so ever it is but it's really good. 10/10.
The comparisons done are perfect and easy to understand. The only thing which I found missing is the questions answers at the end of every chapter, but never mind the quality of the content is such it will not leave many questions un answered.
