I went for this chair as its backed by wipro brand, was looking for quality especially when mkt is full of numerous unknown brands.
Pros: Very good quality, highly comfortable, all functions are present (Height adjustment, recline, lumber support, adjustable arm support etc), good installation service, its easy to install, good bottom base

Worth the money
Pros: sturdy, no squeaky noise, functional lumbar support, smooth wheels, pushback (no tilt lock), adjustable height, snug fit seating area
Cons: a bit heavy on the price! For this price I'm expecting a bit more that are missing: better cushion quality (non heating), tilt lock, movable seat (front-back), swirling and front back moving handset
If the expectation in cons don't match with yours, you can easily go for this.

Fabulous!
Review after 1.5 months:
Very sturdy. There's thick metal everywhere, even in the armrests. The plastic parts are really thick. Doesn't look like it'll break any time soon, even under rough usage. It does squeak a bit while rotating now, but that's not too loud. Quite comfortable - not missing the lack of a tilt-lock.

Following issues noticed.
1. Depth of the seat is short.
2. No tilt lock.
Since there is no tilt lock and death of the seat is short, felt uncomfortable sitting on this chair for more than 1 hour. Quality of the chair is good, but due to the issues mentioned, i do not like this product.
