Add chopped green chili and onion. Sauté till onion turns soft and translucent., Cooking: Add turmeric (1/4 tsp) and salt to taste. Mix in the soaked poha and stir gently. Cover and steam on low flame for 2–3 minutes., Garnishing: Add crushed peanuts, lemon juice, and fresh coriander. Optional: garnish with grated coconut or sev.
