To clean, hand wash the cookware in warm, soapy water, rinse, and thoroughly dry. For longevity, preheat the pan on low flame for no more than 1 minute and cook on low to medium heat for best performance. Use a silicone or nylon spatula to prevent damage to the non-stick coating, and when using a gas cooktop, select a burner closest in size to the pan's bottom to avoid hot spots and overheating of the sidewalls and handles. Always wash the cookware after it has cooled and avoid placing a heated pan on a wet surface to prevent thermo-shock and protect the coating. When using on ceramic or glass cooktops, avoid dragging the cookware to preserve the cooking surface, and never stack the pans inside one another to avoid scratches on the interior.
