It can be used on all cooking surfaces - stove top, gas cooktop, induction cooktop, hot plate, infrared cooktop and ceramic cooktops.
To clean, hand wash the cookware in warm, soapy water, rinse, and thoroughly dry. For added longevity, pre-heat on low flame for 1 minute only and cook on low to medium flame for optimal performance. Use a silicone or nylon spatula to protect the non-stick coating. On a gas cooktop, select a burner that matches the diameter of the pan bottom to prevent hot spots and overheating of the sidewalls and handles. Wash the cookware once it has cooled and avoid placing the heated pan directly on a wet surface to prevent thermo-shock and protect the coating. When using a ceramic or glass cooktop, avoid dragging the cookware to protect the cooking surface. Also, avoid stacking pans to prevent scratches on the interior.
