A:I had dry, damaged and frizzy hair... Worked well for me, except that I applied the conditioner after hair wash for 30 mins in length of hair, not roots of course. I am in love with this conditioner.

A:Firstly this is not a oil, this is a conditioner, and secondly yes this can be used by a 13 year old girl if her hairs are frizzy and dry etc, but only at the hair ends and not on the scalp.
