This bag is not good for carrying as the locks are not good and you can't adjust the carrying strip as it is loose and slips. I have used this bag for a gephan lake trekking and the experience is not good at all. The bag gives a shoulder pain and not having good posture for back. It also don't have a rain cover. Go for padded back one. Not at all recommending for trekking.
