Definitely a big upgrade from single speed. But installation is a little difficult if you don't have proper tools. I installed everything myself and got it tuned from cycle shop. The shifting is smooth but the 1st gear is not accessible. Overall 4 stars. The components all feel high quality but difficult to tune.
