Spread one small cup of batter on a heated tawa, ad a spoonful of ghee or oil and fry both sides on lo flame till golden brown. Rub Tawa Gently with damp cloth, to cool the surface and repeat the above steps for another Dosa. Serving Tip: Serve hot with Chutney & Sambar
