Packaging is worst but product was safe as it was transited from Bangalore to Mangalore.. if it's long distance it might get damaged .. quick delivery from Flipkart which I should appreciate.
1) got for grandma as she weighs only 30kilos and paralytic patient
2) product is very good for light weight ppl ..
3)ppl weighing more than 70 kilos it is bit difficult because of small wheels and seating is too small

First received someother item which is different is colour , no wheels and the quality also really very bad.. immediately I complained customer care and I asked for replacement , the replacement item is so good and it was as like as discribed
