Every thing is good but rod size is little bit smaller and quality is good for this price bolts are also good ok must buy like this product for beginners today only i received this product but delevery time is too long i wait for 2 weeks almost at last today i received this thank you flipkart but only one thing that bolts are becoming loose after some workouts

A:you can adjust acc to u like 2.5kgx2 each rod if you want more weight in one rod then tou can place three plates on each side of 1 dumbbell rod only if you want other options then you can buy 30kg
