    Delightful

    The book helps to analyse the stress which No other author has done so far. Little bit feels like hypothesis but author has done justice. An attempt to link destressing techniques to yoga asanas and poses are done here. But a scientific explanation is missing. Overall this book help reader to one step closer to counterattack the menace called stress.
