Does the job
Please Read this carefully.
If someone has problem in digestion then don't buy this as it had watermelon seeds which don't digest easily and need to be chewed properly.
If you don't chew it then you'll end up having bowls twice a day.
I don't have problem with that but one day I ate it in a hurry and had to go to bowl twice as the seeds didn't digest properly and had stomach irritation.
So choose wisely.

contains a lot of Almond Flakes, Pumpkin Seeds, Chia Seeds. Great taste and it is a very healthy breakfast option when paired with milk. Full of fibre and nutrition, and taste!
