About the Authors

Ayaz Menon is an Indian born journalist and author. He has worked as the sports editor for Times of India and Independent. With a massive expanse of his work experience in the field, Ayaz has been regarded as one of the renowned and prolific sports journalists of India. He was also associated with Bombay Times, Mid-Day, Sportsweek and DNA. Ayaz is currently working at NewsX as a consulting editor.

C. Rajashekhar Rao is an Indian sports journalist and writer. He had worked for The Hindu, The Indian Express and other famous Indian news houses. C. Rao is currently working with The Associated Press as a sports writer.

The duo has authored many books under the series titled Jaico Cricketwallah Series published by the Jaico Publishing House. Sachin Tendulkar: Master Blaster and Virat Kohli: Reliable Rebel are some of their works. Ayaz Menon has also written M S Dhoni: Captain Cool.
