Terrific purchase
1. When you receive the power first charge it for 60 min then check it whether it's working or not
2. The power bank only charges laptop at 45 watt as most laptops don't support 100 watt pd charging.
This is case for my laptop(90 watt charging) too
Though I initially thought my laptop having thunderbolt 4 port would support 100 watt charging but it also depends upon laptop battery charge intake capacity too
It charges my laptop in 1 hr 40 minutes.

19.2ah in 3.7v aslo in 5v 14.2ah and backup in 20watt out put from this power bank is 12000 mah or 85% effeceincy over all decent or good backup as aspected from lithium ion cell powerbank with instant charge pickup 2500 I will say its best in this price i bought it mainly because ZEBRONICS care is in my location

Best Power Bank available in the market. 20000 MAH plus a whooping 100W charging capacity is humongous for a power bank. This is the cheapest and best power bank with 100w capacity in the market. I strongly recommend if you use multiple devices and if you run out of charge often.
