A:Yes, thought of buying the original zebronics HDMI cable for this issue but later tried changing the audio input on TV from dolby audio to PCM mode, then the audio has no lag issue

A:Better go for zeb 1000 or moto 250 watt.
9102 is also good but it has more bass, sometimes voice clarity will feel less.
