The Morning Glory(Ipomoea) is a lovely vining plant that will rapidly cover a wall or climb a trellis. It is named for its white, purple, pink, or blue trumpet flowers that can measure up to 6 in. across and that open at dawn and fade by afternoon. Easily grown climber with trumpet-shaped flowers provides colour and shade, decorates fence or post. In warm zones it is a perennial climber. It is an excellent plant for climbing fences, or growing over arches, or in pots on a terrace or patio.
