Fabulous!
Just recieved the plug and connected to my existing 25L geyser on a 15A 3pin socket (racold). Setup was not at all complicated, I removed existing geyser plug from its socket and inserted Zunpluse 16A smart plug into the socket and turned the geyser switch ON

Worst service and support. Call support not available ( only chat and mail support) . I recommend you don't buy a zun pulse product.
