A:Yours charger is ALTERNATING CURRENT (ac) so please use 12 volt DC to ac volt converter..
If yours charger gives output 12 volt DC , 2amp then you may use only chargers lead by cutting adapter.

Q:Can I use a 50w submersible pump directly to the solar panel.If it works,how much time takes the to start working from connecting with the panel?
A:no. because panel is 50 watt it is not generat 100% watt. the efficiency of this panel is 86%, maximum load is 40 watt only.
