Bad quality
This laptop got really slow after installing dota2 and studio one. Its okay for office work and projects, etc., but not suitable for heavy use.

Decent product
Well to start with, received the product in time.
I don't know about others but the product I got was way old as per the manufacturing date (Jan,2017).The preinstalled Windows 10 version was very old.Took me three days to update it to the current version.Performance wise OK but some problem with battery.

A:Yes, you can extend DDR4 RAM upto 16GB . It has two ram slots. it dosn't have dedicated graphics though the inbuild Redeon R5 is good enough. You can play decent games on it.
