The Laptop is very good the performance is also OK a little but of lagging whenever you reboot it. It is due to the display (AI) feature. The voice quality is good, it works on both 2 GHZ and 5 GHZ band... Preloaded apps are there like acer care center and acer portal which captures all and if there is any tuning required you can use it. But when u order from Flipkart you don't get recovery disk and you need to call Acer support for warranty registration. You don't get any OEM CD key for Wind...
