A:It comes with 30day trail but you can always search on google how to install MSoffice for free.

Q:can we charge with type c 27w fast charger(mobile charger) ? how much time will it take to charge if yes
A:yes it charges with a 27w charger, but is not very efficient. you would be needing a 45w charger min if you want to use type c to charge

Q:Does it supports thunderbolt port
A:I don't think so. It's usb c port in not even 3.1. I tried to use type c to hdmi cable and it didn't worked. It looks a basic usb 2.0 type c port. But this laptop has hdmi out port. Which is good.

A:it's Metal for the lid, But there is some flex on the lid but no flex at all on the deck which is weird because the deck is made of plastic
