    • First of all, pluck all the leaves and cut them into small pieces. Now put the pan on gas and heat it on medium flame. Once the oil is hot, add pieces of the three leaves to it and cook. After some time you will find that the color of the oil will start turning light green. Heat the oil until it turns dark green or brown. When the oil turns completely green, remove the pan from the flame and leave it to cool. After this, filter the oil and keep it in a glass bottle
