I bought an M size helmet which should fit for me. But it's too tight and the bottom opening of the helmet is narrow. The inner cushioning pads are so thick that they will squeeze your cheeks. I would not recommend this helmet for hot places. You will get a lot of sweating inside. And finally the double D lock won't be friendly when you want to remove and put back the helmet.
