Well Written
I finished the book months back and all I can say is that after going through the book, after knowing what Bose and others associated with him went through for attaining freedom, I feel sad and disgusted at seeing the present status of our country. A man who sacrificed so much at least deserved much more, and we as a citizens of India have every right to know what actually happened to the great leader.

Terrific purchase
How the end came to Netaji Bose is one of the most clouded event in Indian modern history.No country in the wolrd has shown such a level of apathy to unfold the last phase of it's one of the top leader that India did.No doubt it was done to protect vested interest of Neheru family & Communist Party of India.In his political thinking Bose was not always right but his enigma for his country was beyond question.How & why he thought that he will be safe in the hand of USSR & that also under a rut...

I feel sad
Somewhy I worship Netaji. To know that my God was alive till 1985 is shocking. I was in 9th standard then. Had i known i would have run away from my home, just to touch his feet. But alas...sorry this is not actually a review, bu the book has compelled me to believe what I had all along believed.. that Netaji survived WWII.

Mysterious history of India & India politics
Wonderful book, a jewel in itself, the book is a virtual journey from 1945 to the present time. Thanks for effort of the writer Anuj Dhar, the amount of unknown information, thrown to the reader is humongous, a must read for every educated Indian.

Excellent book, must read
After reading this book, you will have no doubts at all that Netaji Subhas Bose DID not die in a plane crash on 18 Aug 1945. Mr Dhar has put together an utterly compelling set of facts, backed by astonishingly detailed references to actual documents and people, that clearly demolish the Government of India's fairy tale that this great nationalist died in a plane crash.

Uncovering a mystery no politician wants to uncover!!
I almost knew what is inside, but it is said that seen is believing. So to know and analyze the different theories of his death and then believing what makes the most sense you have to go through the book and it disappoints at not a single point. After you close the book, you just feel ashamed of not being able to do anything for Netaji...even when you can't because of the politics his name is destined to be surrounded in.
