I bought it to connect my HD TV with my Soundbar through SPDIF port. The product was delivered in a day as a privilege for being a Flipkart first subscriber, Flipkart and the seller was meticulous in delivering the product. The package was neat.
Coming to the product, The cable is long, having the 6 feet length as proposed, but, I felt, the cable was quite soft and felt a little flimsy. The jacks did look cheaper due to cheaper plastic being used but as the cable would not be securely placed ...

This optic is fantabulous.It supports 192khz 24 bit (Dolby and DTS LPCM stereo audio) from SPDIF port of motherboard.You need a high end audio setup and enjoy what it is! In the general sound system you cannot feel the difference.

A:Hi...No you can't use this because as you said your home theater suppors optical.but your TV doesn't support..SPDIF & OPTICAL BOTH ARE DIFFERENT. That Cable is optical to optical
