Product is good. Delivery and installaion is ok. But one issue is that whatever slno put in the invoice and in the machine is different. This was noted after the installaion is over. This was informed to flipkart and they told that they will look into that. After some reminder they told that photo of the slno in the machine is required. That also send. Have bought this machine in may beginning, and after using this machine felt the buy is value for money and worth buying bosch. No sound at all. washes clothes cleanly, no stains of detergent. no tearing of the clothes as i was experiencing in my previous washing machine.

product is good , but installation by Bosch is worst. installation guy was only doing marketing and selling his products. Important thing is don't buy any pipes from installation guy . he is selling pipe for 550 rs that cost outside 150 rs. filter which is not required selling for 1800 rs and drum cleaner 900 rs which is not recommend . product is very good and taking very less water n no noise

Performance I good! The spin could have been little better, the clothes doesn't come out that dry! Otherwise, very easy to operate! Satisfied with the product!

Great product
I had ordered this machine for my mother, and she is quite satisfied with the performance, so full marks for that. Flipkart's delivery was spot on and the delivery executives were professional and sensible, again, kudos to that. The only slight improvement that I could think of in the machine is that the child lock should also lock the function of the multi-purpose dial. All in all, a worthy buy.

Seriously amazed by this product.go for it.
But don't buy this product in flikart.customer service is very bad. They made me wait 8 days for installation after delivery. I would give flikart 1/5 for it.
