One thing I would say is this is veg omega plant based and not extracted from fish which makes is good for pure vegetarians. This will help in having good hair quality, skin and also eye sight. Taste is good and no after taste burp of any kind

A:It's better to put in cold place like fridge for it inside oil don't get spoil, smelly so it's recommended If keep even it outside 1-2 days it can get spoil or smelly if seal is closed then no worry
