My age 23 unmarried. Initially I ordered small size it is comfortable and easy for use and more suitable for teenagers also. I think medium one more flexible for medium to heavy flow then I ordered it. But it have wider diameter ,I don't feel comfortable because of I expect it may come with larger in length . May be its suits for 25 plus married ones. But personally I suggest small size for unmarried ones. If anyone buy this 1st time my review may be helpful that's why i shared my review .

Wrong claim by the company that it is 40 ml. The exact measurement of volume of even the medium cup is around 20ml only. It doesn't suit for heavy flow. And if taken large , it won't suit for unmarried. Quite confusing. Yet good product to be used.

A:if have light flow u can definitely go for s-small size but if u have medium or heavy flow than take the m-medium size, after marriage or normal delivery women take that L-large size.
