My age 23 unmarried. Initially I ordered small size it is comfortable and easy for use and more suitable for teenagers also. I think medium one more flexible for medium to heavy flow then I ordered it. But it have wider diameter ,I don't feel comfortable because of I expect it may come with larger in length . May be its suits for 25 plus married ones. But personally I suggest small size for unmarried ones. If anyone buy this 1st time my review may be helpful that's why i shared my review .

Life changing product. Very comfy. I have a suggestion for 1st time using persons...If you are a mom (vaginal birth) ,the size instructions says to buy large but before you buy that , do cervix length check and decide your size..because I am also mom had vaginal birth 1 year ago, I bought medium size.
