which helps us to lock how much the chair can be pushed backwards, the one i got doesn't have the lever/lock.

Very comfortable and sturdy. The head support is amazing and gives the perfect one when working from home. The arm rest are adjustable and can be rotated as per the alignment you want. I am reviewing this product after around 1 month.
The back support is not good, after setting more than 2 hrs I feel pain in my back, which is very bad thing about any ergonomic chair.
It needs to improve.
