    Cooking Instructions
    • 1) Make a batter with 1 pouch hot garlic fry mix and 5 tbsp water (75ml) 2)Coat your protein/vegetable (250g) of choice in the batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden, crispy and cooked 3) Heat a pan/wok, Add the sauce and diced onion and capsicum (100 g) and saute for a few seconds 5) Add 1/4 Cup (60ml) water, mix well and bring it to a boil 6) Add the fried protein/vegetable and toss till it is coated with the sauce 7) Garnish with spring onions and serve it hot.
