Excellent as expected.
The SSD is very fast and good. I brought the 1TB version for my laptop as I wanted to completely switch to SSD from HDD. It works as you expect, nothing to write home about. Very happy with the product but sadly I am giving it 4 stars as the packaging was very simple. No protection, only a box inside a thin packet. On the journey, it had the risk of getting damaged, but fortunately, nothing happened but everyone might not have that fortune ;). Thanks

Crucial SSD is simply the best, made my grumpy laptop to again work like a teen :)
1 rating less for the sake of packaging, it was horrible, the SSD could have damaged, there was no cushioning provided inside box.
Very happy with 1 TB purchase, laptop bootup speed and overall seems like a new laptop

Q:Installing the SSD in place of CD-Drive or in place of HDD and in turn installing that HDD in CD-DRIVE?
A:Most DVD/CD Drive are SATA II and SSDs are SATA III and you might not get full speed if you put SSD in SATA II. So best to put SSD in place of HDD and put HDD in a caddy and replace it with the Drive.
