    Best in the market!

    I bought this filter in Dec 2020 and it worked like magic for a couple of months , again the water quality gradually came down . This was reported to D'cal team and they were swift in response. They again told to do water tests and the results were not favourable. They have initiated a replacement filter which they say has a longer life. Hope that filter has a good life and I will add on this review in a couple of months time .

    I search for a water softner,found D-cal. So I regestered for free demo kit. Through this kit I surprised, It works. So I ordered it and installed. But after 3months I rechecked water quality. I boiled our tank water, found some scale in it. So I inform to D-cal warranty department. I sheared photos of water quality with coustomer service deptartment. They replied quickly.
