Daikin is a very good AC. In fact this is my 5th Daikin AC. I have installed 4 nos at my different homes before. Performance and look is very good. I have given a 4 star here for the poor service from flipkart. I am a regular customer of Flipkart but received such poor response for first time. They didn't provide the copper pipe and electric wire those were supposed to be provided along with the package. I had to go to the extend of consumer forum of GoI to resolve the issue. A:u need to pay for one copper wire as ODU does not have the same and need to pay for extra copper tube( standard tube is there which comes with the unit)
