Description
Set in the cold blackness of deep space, the atmosphere is soaked with a feeling of tension, dread and sheer terror. In Dead Space, players step into the role of engineer Isaac Clarke is an ordinary man on a seemingly routine mission to fix the communications systems aboard a deep space mining ship. It is not long before Isaac awakes to a living nightmare when he learns that the ship crew has been ravaged by a vicious alien infestation. "Survival Horror" at its best.
One of the better survival horror games around, 'Dead Space' will automatically draw comparisons with 'Resident Evil 4', and while that is fair, let me say, 'Dead Space' is not 'Resident Evil 4' in Space. It is a unique game with its owne IP and Franchise.

this was my first buy from flipkart and i was really impressed by their overall service.i will give them a 5 star here.
now as far as the game goes...it is truly terrifying.i usually played the game after 1 am. Good Game
Got it on the third day thanks to the EXCELLENT DELIVERY by flipkart..!!
The game is pretty good although I dont really see why people are saying its really really scary..
It can catch you by surprise in the beginning but once you get the hang of it you start hunting the villainous creatures down rather than being hunted, as a survival horror game should be..
But the SOUNDS ARE TOO GOOD and game play is also a nEW experience for me..
SO OVERALL GOOD GAME.. WORTH A SHOT...

Scary hell in deep space
I got the game just a day after i ordered it. Nice service from Flipkart.
When i received it, the DVD case was broken on the side, but the disc was in good condition.

Dead Space - Absolute terror
I always love survival horror games but Dead Space takes it to whole new level of terror. Stuck in a space ship crawling with necromorphs in every vent, nook and corner you have to survive.
Claustrophobic environment, the sound and sudden attack of enemies brings sheer terror while playing this game.
Play this game with a headset and in the night with low light. You will love it.

Superb horror game...
I really love this game. My brother bought this and played it on his laptop. The weapons are totally cool. Especially the grabber is my favourite. Isaac Clarke's adventure is something every gamer should experience. I really love games of this kind.
I've also bought both Dead Space 2 & Dead Space 3 ( Limited Edition ) from Flipkart.
