Battery recommended type: "AA" ( pencil cell ) Slide Open in the direction shown below. the Battery slide compartment using the index finger to grip the battery compartment in the serrated portion.
Place the battery into the battery compartment for battery insertion, observing the '+' sign which is to be placed at the bottom & then close.
