Teach yourself ABC of shooting
I do not want to praise Ray's style of writing which suits 8 to 80 in terms of age.Its better to write about the content of the book where Ray takes you through different scenarios of shooting from his films Goopy Gyne Bagha Byne,Sonar Kella and so on.Ray not only speaks about his shooting stories but teaches how to shoot.You can understand that a scene of five minutes is so painstaking to shoot when sometimes things go wrong.Read it to know behind the scenes of masterpieces in world of Ray's...

Refreshing!
Admirers of Ray tend to follow his writings on film like a manual, but this book is a memoirof Ray's film-making days, esp. those days when he had been busy creating movies that get classified as Children's films. It is a fresh & unpretentious book, full of charming anecdotes and memories. Highly recommended.
