A:Yes. Absolutely. I have painted a wooden rack and turned into a temple. Make sure to apply 2 3 coats allowing time to let the paint dry in between each coat.

A:not as thick tube paint which are more like toothpaste effect, but if you allow some air to pass with time it will become little viscous. The paint is not too thin
