Its a great book with a powerful combination of learning from real life and spiritual life that allows individuals to attain anything they truly desire in life. Excellent and Unique!
Excellent and very interesting story! I finished it off in one seating as I could not leave the book aside as the story just flows. It gives very good life lessons seamlessly integrated into the main storyline! A unique book in the sense that it interestingly blends college life fun and romance with motivational lessons. Journey of an aspiring engineer who joins ITBHU in the 1990s; the book beautifully portrays fun and frolic of hostel life,and how Sid imbibes what the experience has to offer. A good reiteration of fundamentals to successful life
The book started with memoirs by the author of his alma mater. As the chapters unfolded, the spiritual touch given to the narrative is awesome. It drives the message that some fundamentals remain the core in all phases of life. Page turner!!
Having read or rather started to read a couple of those "will change your life and put you on the path to success" kind of books, I can safely say that this is one book that truly stood the test of 1) being a page turner and 2) helping one understand practically how to steer their life in the right direction to success

Great Insight
I changed my way of thinking and way of working after reading Dale Carnegie (how to win friends and influence people!) and Steven Covey (seven habits of highly effective people) these I read in very early years of my working life – 1998-99. Today after reading this book, I felt the same, its leading to a change in me. Its making me take part in the race… life race and win by applying the learning here. Great read and combination of style & substance
FOSIL is one on the rare books that I have finished in one or two sittings. Writer has narrated the story in such a free flowing manner that one cannot take her eyes off from the book. It is a book about the issues that all of us have either faced or are facing or will face. A great read
I think it’s a very good read: simple language, life experiences and very motivational. It takes you back to the college days, keeps you thinking and interested. Author shares life changing principles applicable to all aspects of human behavior. Keep an open mind while you read this one.
