Crude plastic build but finished perfectly. The holder is sturdy and would last long for many years to come. Unbreakable plastic. Had to oil it a bit, fearing it might break from hinges while changing the angle, due to hard angle movement, but not required as it will get smooth after a while.
Keep it for self use. Not to be gifted to someone formally related.
