Life is a confluence of everyone's different experiences, stories, and struggles. Among the countless colours of life, ‘Anand’ or ‘Happiness’ is the colour we seek the most. My book ‘Happiest’ is based on this journey of discovery. This book is not just an idea but a reflection of mine and all of you towards life. While writing it, I asked myself only one question: Is ‘happiness’ really a final destination, or is it just a small shadow of our everyday lives that we sometimes ignore? Each chapter of the book tries to cherish those moments that make us ‘happy’—be it small victories, time spent with a loved one, or the peace within. It is for those readers who may have forgotten, in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, that happiness is often hidden in small moments. The purpose of writing 'Happiest' is not only to inspire us but also to show that happiness depends on our mindset more than external circumstances. I have shared many stories and examples from my life and experiences around me. You will find that to get real happiness, we must recognise and accept ourselves. While writing this book, I realised that the most special thing about happiness is that we do not need any magic to get it. People who share happiness with others are themselves the happiest.
