I have used the pan and the two trays to roast nuts, cook chicken and make fries. They all come out very well.
The two trays offer a larger area for cooking and it is better to interchange the trays after half the cook time, since the heat source is on top.
I have not used it for slightly wet dishes or to bake cakes etc. So cannot comment on that.
